I was most surprised by how quickly my body changed! It took 2 months to lose 12 pounds, decrease my percent body fat by about 8%, and gain about 3lbs of muscle. I was also surprised by my version of "healthy eating" vs what my body actually needs. I know that stress and sleep are important but these were areas I was neglecting. With focusing on stress and sleep more, I was able to see how they affected me and my health.

I also learned that I could still eat things I liked, which was very important to me. The accountability via phone call check ins and InBody scans helped keep me motivated and on track. Liesel is an incredible coach and I am so happy I had the opportunity to learn from her. She has the ability to support you during the hard times while motivating you to keep pushing through. She helps you set attainable goals and find ways to make improvements that fit your life/schedule.
