My Fit Foods Refund & Return Policy:

At My Fit Foods, we are committed to providing you with high-quality meals that meet your nutritional needs and exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at contactus@myfitfoods.com.

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure we handle your concern as effectively as possible, please do not open the item and keep it in its original condition.

Refunds (if applicable): Refunds may be offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or for items that have been opened or tampered with. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) business days to your original payment method.
Please note that we do not provide refunds or replacements for items due to personal taste preferences.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within five (5) days of our confirmation, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. Substitution Policy: While we make every effort to maintain consistency in our products, occasionally, certain items may be unavailable due to demand or other factors.
