Can Money Buy Happiness?

Can Money Buy Happiness?

If you spend your money on time it looks like Yes.

Even if you love to cook, you probably don’t love to cook all your meals, especially if it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day.

I have been in this field a long time and I still haven’t met too many people who wake up fully torqued to spend half their Sunday meal prepping. I have met even fewer people who are still fully torqued to eat that same food on Thursday or even Friday.

So if that ain’t you and you can outsource cooking when you don’t want to…DO IT!

The research we have shows that spending money to buy yourself time will likely increase your happiness more than spending that money on discretionary items [1, 2].

“Time stress is also a critical factor underlying rising rates of obesity: lacking time is a primary reason that people report failing to eat healthy foods or exercise regularly.”

Whillans et al., 2017 [2]

We can’t let this happen to you and that is why it is our mission to make healthy food delicious, affordable, and easy!

Research also shows that spending some money on your FRANDZ can increase your happiness [3, 4].
