Ingredients:
4-5 cups water
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
Directions:
- Add the water and seed to the pan and boil for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain out the seeds and transfer them to an insulated thermos.
- Sip on throughout the day.
