Summer is right around the corner, and it’s time to get in shape. After all my SXSW escapades, it’s definitely time for me to drop at least 14 pounds of fat. I’m 37 years old, about to be 38 in a month, and let me tell you, the older we get, the more important our nutrition becomes.
In order for me to get motivated to start on a program and stick to a solid plan, it helps to read a good book about fat loss and eating right. The best I’ve read for overall nutrition is Ultrametabolism by Dr. Hyman. His book is a rock star read and makes complete sense.
