I wanted to let you know how much I've enjoyed my new lifestyle since taking the 21-day challenge in February. When I first entered the MFF location in Uptown Park, I was a bit intimidated by the appearance of the staff. They were all in very good shape, including Dave Cote, and I was 272 lbs., with 33-34% body fat. I spent a good while with Dave and he went over a lot of facts with me about proper nutrition, portions and exercise. I accepted his challenge with the Liver Cleanse program and started making MFF a daily ritual for breakfast, snacks and lunch, as well as incorporating cardio exercise into my daily routine. Needless to say, it's been 72-days since my initial encounter with Dave and I now weigh 217lbs. and have a body fat composition of 17-18%. I am so thrilled with the way I feel and how my attitude towards life in general has become so positive! At 42 years, I feel better than I did at 30, and I plan on running my first marathon in January. IT WORKS!!!!
Four days ago my weight was 197 (I'm 6'3") when I started with my fit foods. Before starting I was always sluggish and hard a hard time losing weight and feeling energized. My sleep was not that great and during work outs I always came up short (ran out of steam). Anyways, in four days I have lost 10Lbs and feel great! 21 days to a new motivation.
Aside from all the health benefits and convenience of eating nutritional meals from My Fit Foods, I found the 21 day challenge was just that, a challenge. This is what I needed, this is what everyone needs, a challenge, motivation, and a reason for taking that positive step towards better health and productive weight loss. Being a serious skeptic I was hesitant to give this a try as I thought all pre-cooked and pre-packaged food would be horrible. This is where the nutrition consultants and staff of My Fit Foods stepped in to offer suggestions, choices and alternatives to my meal plan. They worked to make sure I had all the tools necessary to stick with the program (mainly the selection of meals tailored to my liking). The first thing I noticed after beginning this challenge was that my sleep was improving. I was sleeping through the entire night, not waking up at all. The natural energy the food provided was also enough to get me through the day without feeling tired or sluggish. Of course with the meal plan, rest, and energy came the extra motivation to really get moving and exercising the way I should have been. I lost 23 pounds in 21 days. My, My Fit Foods Story:
All the guts at the Memorial store wanted me to tell my story. The thing is I'm not done! From October 15, 2009-January 15, 2010 I have lost 44 pounds. I don't see the scale move as fast now, but as Rudy puts it, I can use the veins in my arms to give directions after I work out. How it started for me: In July I heard about your stores from a Houston S.W.A.T. officer. I was complaining about working out like a mad man and still having a gut. I had read several books, talked to people, so I thought I knew what 5 to 6 small clean meals looked like. I was wrong! I was trying to pack meals, eating processed frozen meats, and sub sandwiches when I did not have time to pack my meals. I was not familiar with the locations the fellow officer told me about, i was afraid of the cost, so I blew it off. On October 15 I went into the store and met your crew: Greg Brandon, Brittney, Aly, Darren and Rudy. They were helpful and positive. I have not looked back since. I think I have maybe ate 10 meals not from your store since then. I have adapted my meals to my workouts. I have learned a lot about myself as a "fat person" on the inside. 1 pound a week
So I am on my 4th week of My Fit Foods. I do the lunches and dinners during the week. And I have my cheat days on the weekends. I noticed portion control which was kind of hard the first 2 Weeks, now even when i cheat on the weekends I can have a big breakfast and not be hungry till dinner time. They have S.M.L meals so you can adjust as your stomach does. I excersice 3-4 times a week and I have went from 156 to 153, so I am loosing a pound a week. Which I hear is healthy. The food is great some not so much but it depends on you as well. It is very fresh I can tell you that. Tenderloin Stir Fry and The Chicken Wrap are one of my favorites.

I have lost 54 pounds
I have pretty much tried every diet there is out there. Zone, South Beach, Atkins, Etc. None of them seemed to work for me. The benefit with the My Fit Foods plan is that you eat pre-portioned meals that are made fresh daily. I took the 21 day challenge and lost 18 pounds in the first 21 days. The food kept me full, and gave me enough daily energy to stop relying on canned energy drinks. I started the challenge March 1st and as of right now, I have lost 54 pounds. My energy levels are consistently high all the time
The past few years, I've been going through the motions of maintaining my physique. To get out of my rut, I sought out Mario for fitness training and nutritional advice. Although I was somewhat active before, poor nutrition was ultimately my biggest downfall. I would eat 2 or 3 large meals when I was at the point of starvation, then immediately "crash". So I tried My Fit Foods. This plan provided me with balanced nutrition, good-sized portions and food that actually tasted good! The food is prepared in microwavable, portable containers making it so convenient. An aerobics instructor and lifelong exercise enthusiast, working out was not the issue. I began training with Mario in early May and he assured me if I tried the MY Fit Foods for just 2 weeks, I'd lean out. So I tried his way of eating for literally 3 weeks, while maintaining a 5-day/week exercise regimen. I love the chili, spaghetti and tilapia! The flavors are bold and portions generous. I have always battled with my weight. I tried LITERALLY every diet out there no matter the cost, and no matter how many pills I had to take. I had all but resolved to live my life overweight. I wasn't happy. None of my clothes fit anymore, and I was tired all the time, even though I had a gym membership that was on my way home from work About a month ago, I went to my mom's house to go swimming. My mom looked at me in my bathing suit and with a lot of love, she said "Honey, that's not good." I knew it, but I couldn't do anything about it. The food was so good that if I had I not seen it come out of the microwave with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. I went back to my mom's (it's been about a month) and had on the same bathing suit, when my mom saw how much I had lost, she went online THAT NIGHT and ordered her first week of food. I Love My Results!!!
I've always had a healthy, active lifestyle but I started to slip over the last couple of years and needed to get back in gear! I decided to do my own plan using My Fit Foods and adding exercise to my routine everyday. I had MFF almost every meal (5 times/day) sometimes going outside the plan with a healthy alternative to change it up. The meals kept me extremely satisfied throughout the day, gave me so much extra energy for my day and my workouts, and they taste great!! As for my workouts, I set a goal to workout everyday for 365 days straight! After I crossed the first mark, 21 days, I knew I was in it for the long haul! The most important thing is I listen to my body. When I'm sore or tired, I modify my workout and take my dog for a walk or do yoga. It's now been 40 days, I've stuck to my plan, and I've lost 10 pounds and gone down a dress size. I feel so healthy and prepared for each day as it comes! A life changer, guaranteed to work!
MFF has saved me from the unhealthy meal options we are exposed to in our daily lives. I have many positive remarks about My Fit Foods: First of all, I have always been a relatively healthy person, always looked at food labels and made sure that I was getting the right amount of veggies, fruits and protein in my diet. It is definitely hard to balance a healthy life style when having a full time job, which is why MFF has been so helpful in fullfilling this. I am able to pick up my meals for a weeks worth, helping me save the time and stress of cooking my own meals. Second, MFF may seem a bit expensive at first but if you calculate the total of a weeks worth of groceries, it usually sums up to be the same as buying a weeks worth of meals! I have actually saved money because I order just what I need, as opposed to grocery shopping where you end up buying items you may not really need. Another good thing to try out is the 21 day challenge, I did it when I first tried MFF and I loved it. It IS a challenge, and it is not easy but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT. I felt a tremendous amount of energy and satisfaction with myself. I was never stressed about whether I was getting the nutrients I needed throughout the day because MFF provides the perfect portions and nutrients in their meals (not to mention the food is DELICIOUS!!!!). I started MFF in January and am STILL doing the meal plans (It's April)..and I plan on sticking to it as long as I can! I haven't lost a tremendous amount of weight, but that is because I am very petite (5'2") and I weighed 115 lbs, body fat 18% when I first started. I now weigh 108 lbs and my body fat percentage is 13%! It's great, I feel and look great. For anyone who is willing to challenge themselves and feel great along the process, I recommend MFF! The food is truly satisfying (snacks and meals!) One last note: I did spend a week off of MFF because I wanted to try other meal plans that offered similar deals in the Houston area. I ended up realizing that these companies were all a bunch of copy-cats, none of them offered the quality that MFF does! Don't waste your time with other places, MFF proved to me that it is 100% reliable, and in my opinion THE BEST!

Recharging My Healthy Habits!!!
I have taken the 21 day challenge before and each time I am pleasantly surprised at the results. I have never been a fan of dieting per se and like that this is just healthier eating. My main goal this time was to drop a few pounds before the holiday season (when most will gain a few) but secondary was to recharge healthier habits for the holidays. It is so convenient to pick up your food and have ready for the week as long as you have access to a microwave and way to cool the food. Great for someone with a busy schedule like me. As expected, I lost weight (8 lbs.) but more importantly my clothes fit more loosely. I definitely notice that eating clean foods/correct portions throughout the day from My Fit Foods keeps means I have more energy and feel healthier.

amazing ! I never write these things
I started the 21 day challenge on April 8 I met with Sally Z who explained everything. Today is May 20 and I am down 25 lbs and my high blood pressure is no more. The food has so much flavor.
I have been interested in a food service live My Fit Foods for a couple of years. Frequently I would hear about or see a prepared meals business and then go look at their menu and not find anything that would appeal to me. Competition Diet
I have worked at My Fit Foods for 8 months now and love everything about this company. I have always been a very active person but after college for some reason it was harder for me to be as active as I was. I had gained 20lbs since i graduated college, I was at 156.4 and my body fat was at 23.7%. So i set a goal for my self to do i figure competition and diet down by only eating My Fit Foods. It was going to be alot of work but I wanted to prove to everyone that My Fit Foods was even healthy enough to eat while dieting for a competition. I dieted down for 16 weeks eating MFF 5 times a day, taking the MFF supplement line and also drinking the MFF protein twice a day. The day of my competition was November 19th and it was the Texas State Natural put on by Dave Gooden in Austin Tx. I weighted in at 128.1 lost a total of 28.3LBS and my body fat went from 23.7 to 9.6%.

Feeling great
Doing the 21 day challenge was the easiest thing to do as I was previously on a yoyo diet. I would lose the weight and gain it right back plus more. Too Hot To Trot 21-Day Challenge
I decided to take the 21-Day Challenge because I wanted to lose a few pounds the right way; by eating healthy, nutritional meals while also exercising...and also because I like competition, so the idea of challenging myself to eat the right way and lose weight while competing against others with the possibilities to win prizes seemed appealing to me. The food was great! It was great tasting and always fresh and there was a good variety, so I never felt like I was just eating the same food over and over every day. My nutritional consultant Sarah Hale was great...always encouraging and upbeat. I really appreciated her encouraging emails every few days. The rest of the staff at the N. Lamar location in Austin were all awesome too...always friendly and encouraging too! Since I also work 15 hours a day Mon. thru Friday, I have very little time to cook during the week...so my fit Foods is perfect for me! My weight has not been yo-yoing.
For the past 15 years I've seen my weight go up. It has gone all the way up from 155 to 315 pounds. Every year I wanted to lose weight, which has always seemed impossible. Ever since starting on My Fit Foods I've lost over 40 pounds. I'm down to 275 pounds and feeling better than I have in a long time. What has been really important is my weight has not been yo-yoing. So no great personal stories yet. But I must say I was VERY impressed with Jaclyn at the Lemmon Ave. store. She did a FABULOUS job getting me oriented in the 21 day program. My Doctor was shaking his head......
After threes months of following the My Fit Foods program, it was time for my annual physical. At my follow-up appointment, my doctor entered the room, sat down, thumbed through the results and was shaking his head. Lost more than weight.....
I told myself every Monday would be the day I started my diet, and every Monday I did..... Well, kinda. I'd last till about lunch time and then give up because "I could start tomorrow" or "This takes too much planning and counting, I don't have enough time" or "I'll just eat this LAST bad food". I had all kinds of excuses. I tried every diet and none of them ever worked for me. I could not go a day without soda, sweets, and fast food..... then I found FIT FOODS!!! For the first time the cravings stopped and I was able to stick to eating healthy. I didn't even feel like I was missing out. The food was so flavorful and filling, and best of all so convenient. Wow what a differance!
I had my first My Fit Foods 21 Day Challenge in Aug of 2010. I started at 294 lbs and wound up losing 16 pounds in just 21 days! My energy level greatly increased, I never felt hungry and the meals were delicious. It started a habit with me of eating multiple, healthy, small meals instead of junk food and a huge dinner. After my first challenge, I continued eating a My Fit Foods meal for lunch and fixed my own breakfast, snacks and dinner. I received an email from Jordan in the Woodlands store talking about the November Holiday Challenge and I decided to take up the challenge again to see how I would do. Amazing Results in Short Order
I used to eat out daily because I was busy with graduate school and working full-time. I could not resist eating bad foods on a daily basis. My total cholesterol was 220, and my triglycerides were over 500!!! I am only in my early 30's and I had to decide if I was going to go on meds. I decided instead to take the 21 day challenge, and man I am glad I did. In my first 21 days, I lost 14 pounds. So I decided to do a second 21 day challenge and I lost another 5 pounds! I had my labs checked and my total cholesterol is now 163 and triglycerides went down to 155! I could not believe it because I haven't even started to exercise yet! WOW - This Program Works
I have read numerous fitness mags and tried various workouts. The weight wasn't coming off. I decided to give the nutrition change a try. It works!
I did the 21-day challenge (twice) and have lost at least 15 pounds both times. I definitely feel energized and do not have as many cravings. With the latest round though it seems as if the small portions are smaller than before.

My main goal as I began the 21 day challenge was to drop a few pounds before I went through a surgery to donate a kidney to my brother-in-law. My second goal was to get a good idea of portion size for each meal as well as different food options. I went through the liver cleanse as well as all 21 days and am very proud to say that I lost 11 lbs (from 185 to 174) and three inches around my waist. Eating the right foods at the right time made all the difference in the world. I included 30 minute walks (only about half the time). I definitely saw a bigger difference in the days that I walked. My encouragement to those who are waivering on whether to take on "the Challenge" is to get past the excuses and do it. If I can get past the no-caffeine headaches than anybody can. I'm in sales, if I can work in my meals by carrying them with me, then anybody can. And if I can lose 11 lbs in 21 days, anybody can. Lost 22 pounds and got a food education
The truth of the matter is in what you eat. I had been eating the wrong foods for years. Jason explained to me how foods made with preservatives work against your body.You will notice fewer headaches,less fatigue and more energy. I just completed the 21 day challenge and lost 16 pounds. I would definitely recommend My Fit Foods. It works because it's not a diet, it's just healthy food. I have more energy and have learned a lot about eating healthy.

Gluten Free Friendly!
Thank you so much for using gluten free friendly ingrediants in many of your meals and snacks! I love the nut thins in the Picnic Time snack and the gluten free noodles in the Chicken Alfredo. Even though I am forced to be Gluten free due to my genetics, I get to enjoy your foods! Thank you!

21 Day Challenge
Thank you, Talybra and My Fit Foods! The 21 day challenge was that a challenge but it was a great experience! My drop in weight was 6% and I am looking forward to continue with MFF and losing some more weight. The challenge not only helped me lose weight but it also increased my energy significantly. Eating healthy and eating small meals all day kept my energy going and I also noticed I had a better attitude because I felt better. Thank you so much! - JM

More Engaged in Life AND Work!
I began the 21-day challenge in April. I had been involved in an exercise boot camp since November 2010, but hadn't seen the results I wanted. I am now in my 3rd month eating My Fit Foods! Not only have I seen tremendous changes in my body (weight loss and muscle gain), but I've also noticed a significant change in my ability to stay engaged at work. Not just for weight loss!
I had always wanted to go into a My Fit Foods and just check it out. One day driving down FM 1960 I decided to stop into a chain sandwich shop, I pulled up in the parking lot and noticed that a My Fit Foods was right next door to the sandwich shop that I was headed to. I decided to just go in and check it out. I came out with 4 meals, and decided to skip the sandwich! As it turns out that several weeks later I was having major surgery, a total knee replacement. Since my husband does not cook, I decided that this would be really good food to eat in my recovery. Once I was released from the hospital I was told in my post op instructions that I would need to eat lots of protein and a nutrition filled diet to aid in my recovery. A couple of days each week my husband would drive to the Champion Forest location and buy the meals that I had circled on the menu. I had been a VERY active person prior to needing knee surgery and was worried that I might gain weight at home not being able to exercise. I didn't need to lose weight, I just needed to NOT gain weight. Today I am 15 weeks post op and I am thriving and recovering well from my surgery and I have not put on one ounce of weight and yes I have lost some weight too without even trying. My Fit Foods was a life saver for me, the good ingredients free of preservatives and high sodium kept the swelling down in my surgery leg. So you see, you don't need to lose weight to eat My Fit Foods, you can just eat healthy for your body to thrive and be strong! Now I can drive myself to buy my own meals, the staff at Champion Forest are awesome and ask me each visit how I am doing, making sure that they carry my bag of meals to my car for me. This has become a way of life for me!

Lost 32 pounds in less than 3 months.
I have been very impressed with My Fit Foods and combined with a strong cardio regiment, I have lost over 32 pounds in less than 3 months. My goal was originally to lose 10 - 15 pounds. I was shocked by the healthy weight loss so fast. Highly recommend for any person on the go and tired of sub sandwiches!

Weight is down, energy is up
MFF was a guest speaker for the Woodlands Cycling Club meeting last October and even brought samples. My wife wanted to give it a try and I reluctantly agreed. Well, to date my wife Sherri is down 21lbs and I am down 18lbs just on the food alone, no increased exercise load. I did an off road ride at Huntsville in Oct. and after a lap felt like I was dying. Did another ride in Dec. and after a lap was ready to go again. We are currently on a modified version, MFF meals most of the time and reduced portions/grilled food on the weekends.
