| Q: Do you have a minimum that I have to order? |

A: No, we do not.

| Q: How do I find out what is in the meals? |
|
A: The nutrition facts are located on the website; just click on "Nutritional Labels" in the column on the left of the page.

| Q: How long do the meals last? |
|
A: My Fit Food meals last for 5 days in your refrigerator with the exception of the fish dishes. The fish dishes last for 4 days. All My Fit Foods' meals include an expiration date on the label.

| Q: What happens if I don't get my order in on time? |
|
A: We always cook plenty of extra meals. Stop by the kitchen at 2608 S. Shepherd and take your pick from what we have in the cooler. On a day-to-day basis, however, we may not have all of our meals stocked as extras.
While you're here, you can place an order for cooking so that you get exactly what you want.

| Q: When are your cook days? |
|
A: We cook six days a week. Sunday-Friday.
|
| Q: When can I pick up my food from the kitchen? |
|
A: Place your order by 9:00pm and pick up your meals the very next day, after 5pm.
|
| Q: Can I store the meals in the freezer? |
|
A: Yes, but because our meals are fresh, we recommend freezing for a maximum of 2 weeks. Take your meal out of the fridge the day before you plan to eat it so the meal may thaw properly.

| Q: Do you deliver, and if so, do you charge for it? |
|
A: $5.00 for an initial delivery fee, which includes your very own customized MyFitFoods logo insulated bag. $0.75 per mile charge based on your zip code inputted when checking delivery. The home zip code for the deliveries is based on the kitchen at 77007.

| Q: Do you have special offers? |
|
A: Yes! We have a simple referral program that entitles you to one free meal for each person you refer who orders from us. The more people you refer, the more free meals you may receive. Also, if you set up a pre-paid account with us, you will receive a discount off of your meals. A $500 account gets you a 5% discount off of your meals. A $1000 account gets you a 10% discount off of your meals. $1500 gets you a 15% discount.

| Q: How do I know what size of meal to eat? |
|
A: Nutritional demands vary by individual. We recommend setting up a quick consultation, so we can help you determine the best meal plan for you. Consultations are a charge of $20.00 please give 1-2 hours for this

| Q: How do I pay for the meals? |
|
A: My Fit Foods meals can be purchased with Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Check or cash.

| Q: How do I place my meal order? |
|
A: You can place orders on the website, by calling 713-651-1110 for the S. Shepherd Rd location or call 713-664-5326 for the Beechnut location or place and order online at order here

| When do I get my meals if I get them delivered? |
|
Your meals will be delivered the day after we cook your meals. For example, if you place an order on Monday by 11:59 pm, we cook your meals on Tuesday, and deliver them to you Wednesday morning.
