The 21 Day Challenge is our full service meal planning and education program that our most successful clients use. Experts agree that it takes 21 days to form a habit and recommend breaking long-term goals into small steps to stay on track and stay motivated.
Our 21 Day Challenge is designed to restore your natural energy and reset your metabolism while building healthy habits. This is accomplished by detoxifying your body and by supplying 21 straight days of nutrient dense MyFitFood foods. It is for the serious health enthusiast, ready to make a commitment to their health. Our average 21 Day Challenge client loses 8-15 pounds and reports feeling higher levels of energy after as little as 3 days on the program.
Average 21 Day Challenge consultation and coaching by our consultant is a complimentary service with your commitment to the program. The program is simply the cost of your meals for 21 Days. Discounts are available based on selection of one of our prepaid account options or you can simply pay as you go. (Prepaid account options - $500 = 5% program discount, $1000 = 10% discount, and $1500 = 15% discount).
All of our stores have nutritional consultants that can assist you; we start with a 45 minute consultation to teach some basics on nutrition learn your goals and understand your likes and dislikes. Once your meal plan is set, your fresh orders are prepared for pick up from the store location of your choice twice per week.
