My Fit Foods are based on a 40/40/20 breakdown: 40% low glycemic carbohydrates, 40% lean protein, and 20% healthy fat. The saturated fat, sodium, and sugar is kept to a minimum, while flavor is maximized with herbs and spices. The spices used contain high levels of anti-oxidants that combat the aging effects of free radicals and other pollutants.

Only the highest quality ingredients are used to prepare our foods. Food is prepared weekly and is preservative-free. The meals are packaged in microwave-safe containers, which are easily stored and portable. Our cooks are well educated in the techniques associated with healthy cooking — fresh ingredients and minimal processing.

  • The protiens (fish, chicken, beef) are 95% fat free or leaner -- resulting in very low levels of saturated fats.
